Rio Celeste Tour from La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano. we will leave La fortuna at 7:30 AM on one of the most interesting adventures in the region.The whole journey to village of Guatuzo it is about 1 hour and 30 minutes and we will get to the trail head at 9:00 AM and start our one and a half mile hike to the magical waters of Rio Celeste. Rio Celeste consist of two pristine brooks that meet forming the perfect chemistry delighting us with heavently colored waters that gives the rivers it is name. As we walk through the Rain Forest, we will visit the “Teñideros” where the river gets its colour, the Turquoise waterfall, the Turquoise swimming hole and the hot spring. Soaking in the magically colored jungle brook is one of our main activities.
The guide will decide if you can use the hot spring it depend the weather.
Lunch will be served at the trailhead after freshing up, we will return to la fortuna at 4:00 PM.
